The Legend manufacturing process uses Sublimation is the most preferred printing of sportswear garments, it provides a seamless transition from paper to fabric, yet does not compromise in color vibrance, printing what you see from the computer monitor right onto the garments that you wear. Artworks are first designed with CMYK Panton color settings, which are then printed onto paper with special water based inks, all inks used by Legend Sportswear is imported straight from Japan insuring a consistant and correct color toning palette.
The printing rolls of paper are then transported to heat press press machines, where the fabric and paper is layed onto a heat pressing panel, within the process the inks are heated up to around 200 degree celcius which then turn into a gas state which evaporates within the fabrics, therefore sealing the ink and fabric as one, providing a seemless printing texture onto the fabrics. Legend sportswear has great knowledge about sublimation wears and is confident in inproducing colors thoughout various seasons for all teamwears.
